Outreach begins on the block, in the park, at the food line — wherever a neighbor is already standing. No forms, no gatekeeping; just a first hand extended.

One conversation unlocks the next hand — trauma-informed counselors, housing navigators, mentors for the young people, and trusted referrals into deeper services across the city.
